Hiring a professional bartender and purchasing your own alcohol can significantly reduce the cost of your event. Many venues charge premium prices for an open bar, while buying your alcohol at retail prices gives you more control over your budget. If your venue allows outside alcohol, Parties Unlimited, LLC can help you plan quantities, shop for the alcohol, deliver it, and provide professional bartending service.

How many bartenders will I need for my event?
We recommend one bartender for every 75 guests to keep service moving smoothly and minimize wait times.
Do I need a bar back?
If your event requires three or more bartenders, we highly recommend a barback. A barback keeps the bar stocked, replenishes glassware and supplies, and assists the bartenders throughout the event.
How many servers do I need?
For a buffet, we recommend one server for every 25–35 guests. For a seated, plated meal, we recommend one server for every 10–15 guests. For passed hors d’oeuvres, we recommend one server for every 25 guests.
Do your bartenders check IDs?
Yes. Our bartenders will not serve alcohol to anyone under 21. If there is any doubt about a guest’s age, valid photo identification will be required. No exceptions.
Do bartenders bring their bar tools?
Yes. Parties Unlimited bartenders arrive with their own essential bar tools, including shakers, bottle openers, pourers, bar mats, and other basic tools needed for beverage service.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes. We require a 4-hour minimum for staffing services.
What kind of uniform does your staff wear?
Our staff can dress in formal, casual, or themed attire based on your event and preferences.
What does the staff do?
Servers: Our servers assist with setup, food and beverage service, maintaining service areas, clearing tables, and cleanup at the end of the event.
Bartenders: Our bartenders set up the bar, prepare and serve drinks, keep the bar organized and stocked, and handle bar breakdown and cleanup after the event.
What should I have ready for the staff when they arrive?
For servers, please provide a menu and a timeline of the event so they know when each part of the service should take place. For bartenders, let us know about any special requests such as toasts, speeches, or last call. Please have the alcohol, mixers, beer, and other bar supplies near the bar area before the bartender arrives.
How do I reserve my event date?
To reserve your event date, complete our Free Estimate form or call us at (850) 496-5511. We’ll contact you to discuss availability and the details of your event.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Northwest Florida, including the 30A area, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Seaside, WaterColor, Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, Destin, and Fort Walton Beach. We also travel to surrounding areas. Contact us with your event location and we’ll let you know about availability and any applicable travel fees.
Who will provide the alcohol?
The client purchases the alcohol. During your pre-event consultation, Parties Unlimited can help you determine what and how much to purchase. We also offer alcohol shopping and delivery for an additional fee.
Which forms of payments are accepted?
We accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, and check. A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. Parties Unlimited, LLC carries a $1 million liability insurance policy.
